Our story
EZOps Cloud was founded in 2016 after Thiago Maior identified a gap in the US market: growing companies needed reliable, high-quality IT support without the cost or inconsistency of traditional options. What began as individual consulting evolved into a process-driven company focused on engineering excellence, structured delivery, and long-term relationships.
After expanding internationally through Upwork, EZOps established its US presence and grew into a global operation. Today, US-based leadership and a full-time engineering team in Brazil support companies across software development, cloud operations, automation, SRE, security, platform engineering and AI.
Our founder & CEO
With more than 20 years in technology, Thiago started as a software developer before specializing in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and production engineering. He has helped more than 500 organizations build, modernize, and scale their platforms, and now leads EZOps' work in AI-assisted development and AI agents.
